A perfect breakfast, lunch, or snack. This Greek yogurt berry power parfait is loaded with all natural goodness. Greek yogurt, berries, oats, peanut butter, and chia seeds make this a nutritional powerhouse.
½ cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ cup berries (or other fruit)
⅛ to ¼ cup old fashioned oats
2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
½-1 tablespoon chia seeds
Layer the ingredients for a pretty display or mix it all together in a bowl and enjoy!
If you are packing this, keep the oats and chia seeds separate until you are ready to eat it. They get soggy if mixed in with the rest of the ingredients.
